The Chelmsford counselling and Therapy Centre in Essex is open for in person Counselling sessions for adults, children ,young persons and Couples. We can offer you a centally located safe place where you can explore your thoughts and feelings .

We are a large group of experienced Counsellors which gives flexibilty to arrange appointments to suit your needs

Our fees are:-
Adult Counselling £50
Children and Young Persons Counselling £50
Couples Counselling £70
Hypnotherapy £ 65 per hour
EMDR £75

If you are on Benefits or State pension ( proof required) we have a fews slots at £30





We also offer a Low Cost Counselling service at £20.00 per hour . This service is for indivdual adults and is provided by Counsellors in training .

We can help with a variety of issues including - anxiety, depression, loss, redundancy, workplace stress, self esteem, lack of confidence ,domestic violence,sexual abuse, disability/health issues , PTSD, Relationship issues and Eating issues.

We also offer Hypnotherapy to help with fears , phobias , weight management as well as giving up smoking


We see clients for one to one sessions where we can be flexible to accomodate those working shifts. We are open 7 days a week. Weekdays we are open 9 am till 8 pm and 8 till 2 pm on Saturday and 9 till 1 pm on Sunday
